As
an annoying continuance...
Jaques
didn't have a stratum below I most likely because he never
worked in developing countries, or he would have quickly
realized that his system is quite incomplete for more than 4
billion people his day 1 focus is too LARGE for most
developing cultures the focus in on the next meal, which is
part of a day like a day is part of a month, and month a year,
so on the confounding I have received in my decade long
experience in developing countries is that the system needs to
be MUCH more complete below stratum I than anyone fooling
around with RO understands
WHY don't people have a time span longer than the next
thing...the next meal?
Because
they don't...I suppose that was why hunter gatherers never
thought of condos...and crops...
It's
not that the people are not intelligent, we have measured our
mypals and they range always in stratum 1 up to stratum II
with modes that are very impressive, many extending into the
metasystematic levels...
However,
devoid of "conventional" not alone modern and post modern
scaffolding, their energy and information is spent on rework
and never proaction, which doesn't exist in developing
countries, except in those areas where western memes have
created systems and scaffolded them...
PLDT (phone company) has called 10 times this morning to
confirm an apt this afternoon, and even after we made the
confirmation, we received an additional 5 calls asking for
confirmation (which is an attempt on monitoring and
supervision that is making its way into the companies who are
trying to do business)...
Btw, sunday marked
100 million philippinos and I guarantee you that is
underestimated by 10% minimum... limits to growth...poverty
restrictions I suppose...
With
fewer and fewer jobs to keep pace with more and more people,
the young are unemployed and have too much time on their
hands...a populatio n explosion is going to occur (already is
occurring) that will fuel a nasty Darwinian gdp growth which
will mask the underlying problems that politicians will hide,
but take credit for the gdp growth occurring under their
watch, and it's created because fewer and fewer relative jobs
are emerging and people have too much time and loss of hope on
their hands and survival and propagation are forefront...
What
an amalgam of issues emerging...
When
this system craters as they all do in boom and bust, I am
reminded of the words of the oligarch, who in the midst of my
collapse wave discussion...leaned over to me and said..."10%
of the people out of work in your country is a recession...10%
of the people out of work here...is a revolution!"
What
makes this incredibly interesting is that the poor tolerate
their poverty so well... and I see a Pacman as president if he
doesn't totally scramble his marbles in the next two - four
years fighting to make money...by 2022, as the need to restore
"order" is probably going to be on the agenda...
The
other very interesting perception is that the nation is 7007
islands, an achipelego and as such, is physical isolating the
memetic development, although of course media (in all forms
propagates the messages), however, inertia can't be sustained
because of logistics and it will be emergent fiefdoms that
control what is happening locally that you have to watch.
Without
question social disorder is going to emerge everywhere, and
what you are witnessing around the planet is resource-created
disorder--at the root..albeit for seemingly other reasons...
