Now, what is the cause?
I have not found anyone yet, who understands that at the root
of all these symptoms is merely accelerating complexity.
And not addressing it, leads us to very inefficient solutions
in policy development. |

Helpful Hint: If we knew that accelerating
complexity was the root cause of the disparities that are
emerging, we would begin to look in different places, in
different ways, to question the current assumptions about how
accelerating complexity is at the root of the growing gap
between haves and have nots and how that gap will actually
accelerate in correspondence to the acceleration of
complexity. |
