Reaching Out has emerged as a way
to promote resilience. It involves equilibrium with reaching
in. That is, you can't reach out until you know what to reach
out for because the first thing that someone is going to
wonder, is what you want, and why.
This is especially true in an age
where resources, including information, time, energy,
attention, and motivation are called upon in so many
directions.
Reaching Out can be formulaic, and
it's good to think or feel your way through a well-formed
outcome. HOWEVER, just in case that becomes a barrier to the
reaching out, hell...just ask for help.

reading this, think about what you want, or need help with,
and just ask someone in some way for support. Ask someone who
could help you, work through it with you, point you to a
resource, give you what you need, or even just wish you well.
