I wrote a piece to Cynthia, which I did not publish about a
similar idea of how we have a tendency to fishbowl our values,
and then those values to become hard reality, and I tried to
point out that it depends...and what does it depend? [Perhaps
she'll edit that and send to the list, so we can include in
the Comments Area of this TPOV?
POV = Point of view, Perspective and Perspective Taking,
subject/object, e.g. valuing...ends or means, u pick...hehe
What ideas I have at ValuDYNAMICS is to show, however, that
values PRODUCE hard realities, as they are interpreted...and
therefore one has to be inordinately careful NOT to discount
the valuing process, or dynamics, and or the HARD REALITIES
that emerge according to those values. |

Helpful Hint: YET, we need to be careful also,
not to confuse our valuing with the truth, in all of its
manifestations, and paradoxically, the truth is relative or
connected to each values perspective.... Perspective IS
REALITY, and therefore "truth" to the person who believes that
truth. |

Action Step: Do Not Tread On Me. This is very
tricky ground which few trod and the reason we won't get an
agreement on the fiscal cliff in the manner that many hope, as
it becomes difficult to "compromise" one's truth.... |
