Play through the game.
The importance of exit strategy is
accelerating rapidly in an environment where the half-life of
good ideas is shrinking rapidly.
I want to make this simple and easy
to understand, because it's so critical to
FLOW, and to the
rising complexity we are facing everywhere.
YOU MUST IMHO, have an exit
strategy for everything. You must put this exit strategy on
the table with the ideas, the plans, budgets, and everything
else that is required in today's decision making.
When we look at the difference
between the "S" quadrant and the "B" quadrant, exit strategy
exists on the B side. Of course I'm speaking about the
CashFlow quadrant popularized by Kiyosaki. It is certainly a

TPOV for
FLOW.
An exit strategy means that you
have entered into the
EES realm where we know when to move on,
get out, stop, or sell, buy, or merge, and there are critical
decision points where those rules apply.
